New York University’s Greenwich Village campus was expecting to welcome a very special student this September 2025. Barron Trump, son of the former US president, was due to begin his sophomore year at the Stern School of Business. However, to everyone’s surprise, the 19-year-old was nowhere to be seen on campus, fueling much speculation. According to several security personnel, Barron may have been transferred to another location within the university’s vast network, though it’s unclear exactly which one.

This absence is all the more puzzling given that Barron Trump is not an ordinary student. Born in 2006, he is the only child of Donald Trump and Melania. Nicknamed ‘Little Donald’, he had already made history by becoming the youngest occupant of the White House at just 10 years old. Since then, he has always maintained a certain discretion, although he was noticed during his father’s presidential campaigns. Today, it is his absence that is making headlines, and the reasons for this discretion remain unclear.
