4. Add Flavor
Heat a skillet with butter or olive oil. Add the sliced tongue and cook for 3–5 minutes with your favorite seasonings, such as garlic, paprika, black pepper, thyme, or rosemary, until lightly browned.

Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, rice, or fresh bread. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.
Tip: Beef tongue tastes even better the next day and can also be used for tacos, sandwiches, or salads.
