Beef Stew with Vegetables and Marrow

1.2 kg beef stew (with some marrow bones)
2 onions
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
3 potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
400 ml of meat broth
250 ml of red wine
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
